
Pasta with a kick!
We have many variations of pasta in our home, often different flavours of chicken or sausages. This week I made cajun chicken sausage & spicy chorizo pasta.
Ingredients
1 Red Onion
4 Spring Onions
1 Bell Pepper
3 Cloves of Garlic
1/3 Spicy Chorizo Sausage
1 Red Chilli
1 Green Chilli
1/2 Carton Passata
1 Sprinkle of Canjun Seasoning
1 Pack of Chicken Sausages
2 Tbs Olive Oil
1 Packet of Fresh Pasta
Method
- Chop Veg & Sausages

2. Brown Chicken Sausages, remove from the pan and set to one side

3. Fry pepper, red onion, garlic & chillies

4. Return sausages to the pan with the veg & the chorizo and fry for a further 3/4 minutes

5. Boil pasta until soft
6. Add cajun seasoning to sausage and veg pan

7. Add passata and mix


8. Dish up and enjoy!
