These tasty oaty fingers are SO quick and simple, anyone could make them! Like most toddlers, our little boy loves anything involing peanut butter, so these are a great snack in our house.
Recipe
150g Porridge oats
200ml milk of your choice (I used whole milk)
2 small bananas mashed
2 heaped teapsoons of peanut butter
Method
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees.
In a bowl, add the porridge oats and the milk- leave for 5 minutes to soak.

With a fork, mash your 2 small bananas.

Once your oats are soaked, add your mashed bananas and peanut butter and mix until combined.

Add your mixture into a lined baking tin and roughly smooth into the corners.

Bake for 20 minutes.
Allow to cool for 10 minutes before cutting into finger sized pieces.

Enjoy!
Notes:
- These fingers are quite chunky as they’re for our toddler- you may like to half the recipe for thinner fingers or you could use a larger tin to spread the mixture more thinly
- These can be adapted to suit your little one- we’ve done banana & raspberry, banana & chocolate chip and banana, carrot & cinnamon fingers!
